1. The balance can only be carried out after the slewing support of the beef and mutton slicer is released from the tail plate;
2. Operate as required until the slewing support foot has just left;
3. Check whether the beef and mutton slicer is balanced, and if necessary, use a trolley for trimming;
4. It can be checked whether the slewing bearing and the ground are in a vertical line.
