Judgment of whether the mutton slicer is overloaded and the adjustment of the blade

Directly use the electric shock material level gauge to indicate the material level in the crushing cavity of the slicer, that is, know its load; use a belt scale to weigh the conveying capacity of the wood slicer feeding belt conveyor; calculate the cycle load of the crushing and screening closed-circuit system inferred.

Detect the current value in the motor circuit of the mutton slicer. The current when the shredder is working is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current. In multi-stage crushing, generally only the load of the latter stage of crushing machine that controls the particle size of the final product is detected. This stage of crushing machine is usually in a closed-circuit system, and its feed includes the amount from the previous crushing stage and the cycle load.
