2、仔細檢查劃片機是否有缺失、損壞或鬆動，確保機器完好。

3、檢查外殼內是否有異物，將外殼內的異物清除掉，否則容易造成刀片損壞。

4、清理作業現場，檢查電源電壓是否與機器使用的電壓一致，接地標誌是否與地線可靠連接。
