Lubrication method of beef and mutton slicer

The efficient use of beef and mutton slicer is inseparable from the lubricating effect of lubricating oil. Lubricating oil can not only promote the rapid operation of the machine, but also prevent rust. What are its lubrication methods?

1. According to different working conditions, the beef and mutton slicer adopts three methods: oil cup lubrication, manual lubrication and box lubrication. Each roller journal and drive shaft journal of the beef and mutton slicer are lubricated by an oil cup.

2. The gears, turbines, lifting screws, movable bearings, and tilting adjustment mechanism screws of the beef and mutton slicer are all regularly lubricated by manual lubrication. The gears and bearings inside the reducer are lubricated by means of lubrication. This is achieved by splashing oil in the tank.

Choose different lubrication methods to promote smoother operation of the beef and mutton slicer. When not in use, check the lubricating oil inside the machine and replenish the lubricating oil in time.
