7. After use, record the thickness of the slice and turn the scale rotation back to the “0” position
8 After the blade of the mutton slicer becomes dull after a period of use, it needs to be sharpened. The guard plate of the blade should be loosened first, the cover should be removed, and the screw can be taken out.
