1. Unscrew the upper and lower set screws of the beef and mutton slicer, remove the liquid injection system for overall disinfection, or disassemble separately for disinfection and cleaning;
2. There may be errors in the actual slicing of the model, and the measuring cylinder should be stopped before the formal slicing;
3. Put the liquid inlet tube in the cleaning solution and start it up for cleaning; the beef and mutton slicer selects a suitable needle tube to disinfect it.
