Adjustment of each part of the circular knife of krájač na hovädzie a baranie mäso po opotrebovaní
1) Adjustment of the thickness adjustment plate
a. Loosen the two locking bolts.
b. The thickness adjustment plate should be close to the round knife, and the gap between it and the blade should be 1—2mm.
c. Lock bolts.
2) Meat carrier adjustment
a. Loosen the two locking bolts.
b. Move the meat stage support to the right.
c. Tighten the two bolts.
3) Adjustment of the gap between the circular knife and the meat carrier
a. Loosen the large nut and take the meat table upward.
b. Loosen the locking screw. Adjust the screw to adjust the gap between the round knife and the meat stage, and then tighten the locking screw.
c. Install the meat platform, and confirm that the gap between the round knife and the meat platform is 3-4mm. Adjust straight to the best.
d. Tighten the locking screw.
4) Partial adjustment of the sharpener
If the circular knife is worn and the diameter becomes smaller, the sharpener should be adjusted down.
