1. When checking the frozen meat slicer, slowly open the liquid inlet valve. At this time, the liquid level in the filling rises, and the vent valve is opened at the same time to keep the liquid level between the liquid level specified by the sight glass.
2. Put the sliced frozen meat upside down on the work basket, check that the lower mouth of the liquid bottle should be aligned, and place the vacuum basket in the vacuum tank, close the quick-open lid and lock it tightly.
3. Close the vent valve, inlet valve, and open the vacuum pump of the frozen meat slicer, adjust the vacuum valve (depending on the test filling volume) to meet the technological requirements, and step on the pedal to slice the frozen meat.
4. If the frozen meat slicer is not used for a long time, drain the used oil in the mercury, wash it with new oil, and replace it with new oil to prevent the water in the oil from corroding the machine and reducing the efficiency of slicing.
