1. Loosen the upper and lower set screws of the beef and mutton slicer, remove the liquid injection system for overall disinfection, or disassemble the separate for disinfection and cleaning;
2. The model may have errors in practice slicing, and the measuring cylinder should stop before the formal slicing;
3. Put the liquid inlet tube in the cleaning liquid and start it for cleaning; the beef and mutton slicer selects the appropriate needle tube to disinfect it.
The slices of the beef and mutton slicer are equipped with anti-drip and lifting slicing equipment. When in use, they must be disinfected in strict accordance with the requirements in the clarification book to ensure that the cut slices are clean and hygienic.
