2. Emva kokuba amandla evuliwe, i-motor ye-frozen meat slicer ayisebenzi.
(1) Isizathu: ukudibana kombane okungalunganga okanye iplagi evulekileyo; abafowunelwa abatshintshileyo.
(2) Indlela yokulungisa: lungisa umbane okanye ubuyisele iplagi; lungisa okanye ubuyisele iswitshi yenkcazo efanayo.
3. Xa usebenza, i-cryostat motor iyayeka ukujikeleza.
(1) Isizathu: Isicengi senyama ekhenkcezisiweyo sondla kakhulu, kwaye i-blade ibambekile; iswitshi ikwimeko embi. Ngokulinganayo
(2) Indlela yokuyigcina: susa incakuba uyicole ngelitye; bhaka izinto ezisikiweyo ezincinci ukuze zithambe; susa i-blade ukuze usile iijusi ezincangathi;
(2) Indlela yokugcina i-cryostat: jonga intloko ye-cutter kwaye ususe into encamathelayo; lungisa abafowunelwa bokutshintsha okanye ubuyisele iswitshi.
Xa usebenzisa i-slicer yenyama efriziwe, cinezela elinye icala lesixhobo ngesandla sakho, ngaphandle koko izinto ziya kugxuma kwaye inyama ayiyi kunqunyulwa kwindawo echanekileyo. Ukuba izinto eziphathekayo zinkulu, izinto eziphathekayo zinokucutshungulwa ukuze zilingane nobukhulu beqhekeza lokungena.
