2. Keluarkan pisau pemotong terus dari pemegang pisau pemotong daging lembu dan kambing, lap bersih dan letakkan di dalam kotak pisau.
3. Keluarkan spesimen terus daripada pemegang spesimen.
4. Bersihkan serpihan kepingan.
5. Bersihkan seluruh daging lembu dan penghiris daging kambing.
