How to install a slicing knife on a beef and mutton slicing machine
Install the slicing knife on the beef and mutton slicing machine, first install the left and right knife guards; turn the left and right slicing knife fixing knobs counterclockwise to exit; loosen the slicing knife’s tilt angle adjustment wrench.
Then hold the knife back of the slicing knife with the knife edge facing upwards, and carefully insert the knife holder from the side; turn the blade fixing knob clockwise to evenly press the cutting blade without tightening it first. Move the blade tilt angle adjustment wrench to adjust the rear angle of the cutting blade to the desired position, and then tighten the blade tilt angle adjustment wrench bolt. Turn the blade fixing knob clockwise to evenly clamp the cutting blade.
