Generally, there are five basic types of mutton slicers, which can be divided into different structures:

(1) Frozen microtome. Commonly used is the rotary slicer.

(2) Push type slicer. Also called sled slicer.

(3) Sliding slicer.

(4) Shaking slicer.

(5) Rotary slicer.

In addition, lamb slicers can be divided into semi-automatic slicers and fully automatic slicers.
