The upper knife group rotates in opposite directions. The thickness of the meat slice is ensured by adjusting the gap between the round knives of the beef and mutton slicer, and this gap is determined by the thickness of the spacer pressed between each round blade. Meat slices of different thickness can be cut by replacing the gasket or the entire cutting mechanism.
